It’s Devilishly Cold!

THE Tasmanian Devils are feeling right at home in their winter wonderland on the Barrington Tops.

While they love the colder weather and this season’s joey’s are snug in their mother’s pouches, the keepers are not as enthused about the ice and snow as they go about their working day.

Kelly Davis, supervisor at Devil Ark said, “I have worked at Devil Ark during the winter seasons in years past, but that certainly doesn’t mean it gets any easier when it comes around each year!”

“It’s a beautiful sight to come out to of a morning and to see the devils’ enjoying themselves in the snow makes it all worth it!”
