Don’t Miss the Bus
THE BreastScreen New South Wales bus will be leaving the Scone Senior Citizens Centre on June 6.
The risk of breast cancer increases with age, so women over 40 years of age and especially women over 50 years of age are encouraged to undertake breast cancer screening.
Breast cancer is the most common form of cancer in Australian women, with one in eight women in New South Wales developing breast cancer in their lifetime and nine out of ten of those women have no known family history of breast cancer.
