THE matter of Rodney Johnson a 29 year old from Quirindi was mentioned in Singleton court this morning the matter was adjourned to Newcastle court on December 6 and bail was refused.
Mr Johnson’s solicitor Mark Diggins requested a mental health assessment and added his client had identified himself as Aboriginal.
