ALFRED John Impicciatore, a 46 year old male was apprehended in Merriwa on Friday for a warrant issued in Western Australia and refused bail.
He appeared in Newcastle court today where an extradition order was made to the district court of Western Australia in Perth.
The details of the warrant are suppressed in New South Wales.
