Accident Turanville Turn-off

EMERGENCY services are on their way to an accident on the New England Highway approximately 100 metres south of the Turanville turnoff.

At approximately 11:25am two vehicles were involved in the collision, one red Holden Colorado which was towing a horse trailer and a dark green sedan.

The horse float was on its side and the horse was freed by other motorists who were first on the scene.

People involved in the accident are uninjured and the highway remains open.
