This year the Magic Millions had a bigger catalogue, made a record gross and saw an increase in the average sale said Magic Millions managing director Vin Cox.
“We are very happy; as I’d said before if we had have got somewhere near last year we would have been very happy as it was a great sale last year,” said Mr Cox.
“But we have gone above that by quite a margin,” he said.
“We had more horses in Book One and our clearance rate was pretty much the same and our average has increased and our turnover has gone up massively,” Vin Cox said.
Last year the average price was $195,000 and this year it is $206,000.
