Belltrees Primary Sings
STUDENTS from Belltrees Primary School delighted residents of Middlebrook House at Strathearn Village with their singing of christmas carols.
Tatum Lingad, a registered nurse said the residents loved the childrens visit.
“All the residents were waiting for the Belltrees chior, they were all listening, everyone was happy, even the staff” Tatum Lingad said.
The visit by Belltrees Primary was the first choir to sing carols at the new centre.
“It was the first time someone came in and sung for them, it was lovely and there were some family members there who came to see the choir, everyone sat and stopped and watched the performance” said Ms Lingad
The residents love to have children around and the effects are lasting, Bronwyn Harcourt said the cards that the children gave them were proudly displayed.
“I was here the next day and each child gave a christmas card which are sitting on the mantle, they love anything to do with the kids and singing” said Ms Harcourt.
