Chopper Lands in Scone

THE Westpac Rescue Helicopter has just landed at the Scott Memorial hospital in Scone to transfer a 69 year old female with numerous medical conditions to the John Hunter Hospital in Newcastle.

The team on the chopper are specialists from the John Hunter’s intensive care unit (ICU)  who are sent to do medical transfers.
