Veteran’s Golf: October 9

The Denman district had received about 45 mm of rain over the last few days and so the golf course was growing lush and green for the 24 Vets who came to play a stableford event on Tuesday, October 9. Welcome back Bob Fry and Brian Payton. Get well soon vice president Rod Upton.

Vice captain Graham Turvey did best with 36 points from Greg Newman 2^nd on 35 C/B and Brian Dever 3^rd, with Lindsay Hodge 4^th 34.

Balls went to Greg Squires and Gary Ashmead 33, Bob Fry 32, Gary Gray 31 and on 30 Andy Medway, Robert Colbert, Rod Auld, Bob Lawman and Graham Huggins.
