“THE weather was magical which always helps and I just had a good feeling early on as the crowd was building and the floats were coming in,” said David Gatwood president of the Scone Horse Festival.
“It was colour personified, we had 70 floats and everyone was having fun and that is what a festival should be,” Mr Gatwood said.
