Westpac in Scone for Motorcyclist

THE Westpac Rescue Helicopter has been called to the Scott Memorial Hospital in Scone, following an accident involving a motorcyclist on the New England Highway at Scone.

The 43 year old male patient was taken to the hospital by road ambulance and the Westpac Rescue Helicopter will transfer the patient to the John Hunter Hospital in Newcastle.

The patient has head injuries, but is reported to be in a stable condition.
