Tinkler Walks
NATHAN Tinkler has resigned his position as managing director and chief executive officer of Australian Pacific Coal, following yesterday’s federal court decision that Mr Tinkler was bankrupt.
The statement from the company said the federal court decision was a personal matter for Mr Tinkler and was unrelated to the Company.
Mr Tinkler will continue to provide services “in a technical capacity” to the company.
John Robinson and Nick Paspaley the owners of Trepang Services, the largest investor in Australian Pacific Coal, have confirmed their ongoing support of the company.
