Meet the 2016 Candidates
PRE-POLL opened today, with many residents expected to vote early and take advantage of the short queues.
To help you get to know the 13 candidates, scone.com.au has sent the same questions to each of the 13 candidates running for the Upper Hunter Shire Council.
Each candidate has been given the opportunity to give an overview of who they are, why they want to run for Council and what they hope to achieve.
We have also asked some tough questions of all the candidates, some have been sent to us and others are based on stories which have drawn the most community reaction, some candidates have refused to answer some of the questions.
Simply click on the link to each candidate to read their answers.
