POLICE have confirmed both men who fled a vehicle near Gundy Road, Scone are now in custody.
The white Toyota driven by the alleged offenders, with one of the men being treated by ambulance officers
A 24 year old male from Rutherford, was apprehended at an address in Aberdeen, following him evading police at the scene.
He was arrested on three outstanding warrants, charged with illegal use of a motor vehicle, driving in a manner dangerous and driving whilst disqualified.
The male who was arrested at the scene was a 22 year old from Scone and has been charged with illegal use of a motor vehicle, driving whilst disqualified, driving in a manner dangerous, goods in custody, possess prohibited drugs and he had an outstanding warrant as well.
