Woman injured at Glenbawn Dam

YESTERDAY at approximately 5:30pm the Westpac Rescue Helicopter was tasked to Glenbawn Dam to treat a 25 year old woman suffering spinal injuries after she fell whilst wakeboarding.

New South Wales Ambulance paramedics arrived first on scene and transported the woman to Muswellbrook Hospital.

The Helicopter Critical Care Medical Team overtook treatment at Muswellbrook, before flying the woman to John Hunter Hospital in a stable condition.
