Westpac helicopter tasked to Bunnan

AT approximately 2:50pm the Westpac Rescue Helicopter was tasked to a property at Bunnan to respond to a report of a 75 year old man who had been kicked by a cow.

The Helicopter Critical Care Medical Team assisted NSW Ambulance Paramedics at the scene, stabilising the man who was suffering from rib and leg fractures.

He was airlifted to the John Hunter Hospital in a stable condition and will receive further treatment.
