Weather: The week ahead

THE Bureau of Meteorology is predicting warmer than average temperatures this week as a high pressure system from the Bite slowly makes its way across the state this week.

There will be a slight dip in temperature tomorrow, but moving through the rest of the week the weather will continue to warm reaching a predicted maximum temperature on Saturday of 25 degrees, six degrees warmer than the average for this time of year. 

There may still be a few frosts in the morning and unfortunately no rain is predicted this week.

Predicted temperatures:

  • Monday: 20
  • Tuesday: 19
  • Wednesday: 20
  • Thursday: 21
  • Friday: 22
  • Saturday: 25
  • Sunday: 25
