Filed in Just In by October 4, 2021

GUNNEDAH is going into lockdown and Muswellbrook has not been released from lockdown.

This afternoon NSW Health assessed Cowra and Port Macquarie will come out of lockdown tomorrow, but no change in status was given to Muswellbrook.

Muswellbrook continues to have increasing cases of covid, currently there are 14 active cases, one of the lowest rates of vaccination in the state and low rates of testing.

Stay at home orders will be in place in Gunnedah until October 11 and anyone who visited the area since September 27.
