Covid: Case confirmed in Parkville

ONE of ten new cases of covid-19 in the Hunter New England Health district has been identified in Parkville. 

UPDATE: The Mayor has been phoned by local police to inform him that the case of covid in the Upper Hunter, is due to a Sydney resident, who has an address in Parkville has been classified by NSW Health as a resident of Parkville. They have confirmed the woman is currently not in Parkville.

The case is listed as unlinked to other known cases and NSW Health is continuing to investigate any chains of transmission.

If you have even the mildest symptoms, please get tested.
