Covid-19 vaccine registration through Service NSW

Filed in Just In by June 2, 2021

PEOPLE aged between 40 and 49 can now register to receive a Covid-19 vaccine through the Service NSW app and will be emailed to book an appointment when one becomes available.

Invitations will be targeted by location depending on booking availability and supply of the vaccine in local areas.

Those aged 50 and over are advised to visit nsw.gov.au to book their AstraZeneca vaccine and other age groups will be able to register through the Service NSW app when it is their turn to receive the jab.

The new booking method is part of the State Government’s efforts to push the vaccine rollout as quickly and safely as possible.

Premier Gladys Berejiklian said the Service NSW app is used by five million people across New South Wales and will play an important roll in the vaccine rollout.

“The Service NSW app has been a game changer during the pandemic and will now play an important part in our vaccine rollout,” Ms Berejiklian said.

“It will now be even easier to register your interest for the COVID-19 vaccine,” she said.
