ADMINISTRATION OFFICER ACCOUNTS

Maternity Relief Position (10 Months)

We are seeking an Administration Officer in the Accounts department to join our business. The ideal candidate will address all of the criteria listed below to demonstrate existing knowledge and skills.

Essential skills:

  • Ability to work in a team and without supervision
  • have a good background in accounts and bookkeeping
  • have experience in all areas of data entry with deadlines, reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control.
  • Ability to use Microsoft office and IT skills
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills
  • Understand privacy and confidentiality

Desirable skills:

  • Completion of a Certificate III in Accounting or Business Management
  • Customer Service Experience

This position may provide an opportunity to move into a permanent position.

 

HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT

Full time – Permanent Position

We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join our business. This is a full-time position with the option of flexibility of working hours.

Primary duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Co-ordination and liaison with external payroll management provider
  • Co-ordination of seasonal staffing accommodation requirements
  • Co-ordination and maintenance of company car fleet
  • Co-ordination of employee exits and inductions
  • Co-ordination of company archives
  • General HR office and administrative duties as required
  • Co-ordination of WHS compliance matters

Essential skills include:

  • All aspects of payroll administration
  • Comprehensive computer and IT skills
  • Strong database skills
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Capacity to work within a team and independently
  • Understanding privacy and confidentiality

Desirable skills include:

  • Experience with payroll software Micropay
  • Certificate 4 in Human Resources
  • Certificate 3 in Business Management

 

JUNIOR ADMINISTRATION OFFICER – ACCOUNTS

Full Time Permanent Position

We are seeking an Junior Administration Officer to join our Accounts Department. This is an exciting opportunity for school leavers to gain office experience.

Essential:

  • Completion of Higher School Certificate (or equivalent)
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office, Word, Excel.
  • Understand privacy and confidentiality
  • Have high attention to detail
  • Demonstrate a professional telephone manner
  • Have the capacity to work within a team and independently

 Responsibilities:

  • Receive and distribute incoming mail/despatch outgoing mail
  • General Administration – File and retrieve documents
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Data Entry
  • Client liaison
  • Banking

 

SENIOR ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

Full-Time Permanent Position

We are seeking a Senior Administration Officer to join our business. The ideal candidate will address all of the criteria listed below to demonstrate existing knowledge and skills.

Essential skills:

  • Ability to work in a team and without supervision
  • have a strong background in accounts and bookkeeping, use of MYOB, ideally a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
  • Demonstrate experience in all areas of reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, financial reporting and lodgement of BAS
  • Have the ability to run a small office team to support the Department Head of Account
  • Demonstrate leadership and mentoring skills
  • Ability to use Microsoft office and have above average IT skills
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills

 Desirable skills:

  • Completion of a Diploma in Accounting or Business Management
  • Customer Service Experience
